A bumper sticker I once saw read ”These aren’t love handles, they are a fuel tank for a sex machine” You’ve probably heard plenty of funny ways to describe your love handles. There are also hilarious ways to justify the fact that you are overweight. Many people are mortified and embarrassed about their love handles. Who likes having their excess fat hanging over their waistband of their favorite jeans? Many people will try to down play their love handles even though they may joke about it being their muffin top. Never get sucked into the guarantees of supplements that don’t really benefit your weight loss. These are false claims. Truthfully there is no single exercise that will get rid of those love handles. One exercise might help you build muscle behind your love handles but do little to get rid of them. This can make them even more prominent and perky. You certainly don’t want to see that do you? Be patient though, it will take time for this to happen. Soon they will be a thing of the past though, with the proper diet and exercise plan.
